Lucknowi biryani is a royal dish that comes from the land of Nawabs. Lucknowi chicken biryani is made with simple spices but the aroma of this simple biryani is amazing. • The difference between Hyderabadi biryani and Lucknowi biryani is the use of spices. Hyderabadi biryani is a little spicy as compared to Lucknowi biryani. Lucknowi biryani has moderate use of spices and has a cooling effect on the body. • The use of cardamom and mace powder enhances the aroma of Lucknowi biryani.
