Arlene Hardy with Two Mustard Seeds, a program within the Christian nonprofit group Expansion International, is working to open a women’s resale shop in a house along Meridian Road in downtown Meridian. To continue work on renovating the house into a boutique, the location must be rezoned by the City of Meridian.
