Spanakopita is a delicious savory Greek pie made of perfectly crispy layers of filo pastry and a delicious filling of spinach, courgette and feta. I want to share with you my giagia’s (grandma’s) recipe, with a step-by-step video. You can also use the ready filo pastry. • FILLING • • 250g spinach • • 200g grated courgette • • 200g feta crumbled • • 2 eggs • • 2 tbsp olive oil • • 150g spring onion, parsley dill • • 2 garlic cloves (optional) • FILO PASTRY • • cornflour for rolling out the pastry • • olive or vegetable oil for oiling • • 500g all-purpose flour • • 200ml water • • a pinch of salt • • Thank you for supporting my channel!
