We took your suggestions and went to the super market to get some good and bad smoothie ingredients. • The GOOD: • Milk • Banana • Strawberries • Oreo Cookies • Honey • Hershey's Chocolate Syrup • Chocolate Chip Ice Cream • The BAD: • Ketchup • Dill Pickles • Bean Boozled Jelly Beans • V8 Vegetable Juice • Taco Sauce • Onion • Broccoli • • We wrote the names of all the ingredients on pieces of paper and stuck them into a hat. The kids picked items one at a time and added them to their Smoothie recipe. • Once they were blended, whoever drank the most would win the game. They didn't do too well, so Mom and Dad had to step in to complete the challenge.
