GO KETO! 🥑 • See description for FULL recipe! • Your Customized Keto Plan: https://bit.ly/3zezI1u • • Recipe (serves 2-3 people) - net carbs 4g per serving • 1. 2 large eggs (at room temp) • 2. 4 tbsp of cream cheese (softened) • 3. 3 tbsp of coconut flour • 4. 2 tbsp of heavy cream or coconut cream • 5. 1 tbsp of Erythritol (or allulose / xylitol) • 6. 1/2 tsp of baking power • 7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Instructions: • Blend everything until smooth • Allow to rest for 5 mins • Heat pan with oil or butter • Once heated, drop generous dollops of pancake mixture into pan • Fry for 1-2 minutes per side, or until bubbles form at edges • Once done, enjoy with favourite topping (keto friendly :) • Serving suggestion: • We loved sour cream with dollops of sugar free strawberry jam. • Disclaimer: • 1.
