With EU5/Project Caesar coming up on it's year anniversary for its initial dev diaries through the Tinto Talks/Tinto Maps I wanted to make a video discussing the setting for EU5 1337. Why was 1337 selected, what makes it different than the settings for EU4 or EU3 and how will that setting impact gameplay and the countries you can choose.
