Both the 640 and 640 XL promise to be some of Microsoft's best Lumia devices on a budget so far. This time out, Cam unboxes the smaller model, the 640, and takes a quick first look at the hardware and software. Although it boasts some of the same specs as the XL, it isn't exactly the same.
