The thermo-resistant chocolate is one of Barry Callebaut's recent break-through innovations. We developed new ways of producing chocolate with a more favorable temperature profile to better serve demand for chocolate products in warmer climates. • With increasing demand for chocolate products in warmer climates, Barry Callebaut recently launched new milk and dark chocolate as well as compound recipes with a higher thermo-tolerance.
