This way could be summarized as follows: manufacture the packing bags made of the flexi-plastics with the melting point 20℃~50℃ higher than the asphalt’s softening point. Before filling, the asphalt is cooled to the temperature close to that of the processed asphalt’s softening point. The asphalt could then be at this status: though it’s viscous, it could still be pumped over. Under this status, when the asphalt is contacted with the cold plastics surface, it will soon be cooled. The outer layer of the plastics is a good heat conductor, which could make asphalt rapidly reach the environment temperature; and the layer of the asphalt directly close to the plastics film could be cooled. Therefore, on one hand, the packing bag will not be damaged and on the other hand, when the asphalt is filled in the cold packing materials, the asphalt will soon form the stable body at the side. Inside the packing bag, the asphalt is also being cooled down.
