spam, eggs + rice ( voiceover edition ) • So.. a lot of people have bad things to say about spam but every so often I don’t see the big fuss! I eat mcdonalds every now and then.. I don’t see a difference :) • I cubed my spam, but you can cut it any way you like. Add it to a nonstick pan (no oil necessary) on medium heat and cook until lightly browned. While the spam is cooking, prepare the glaze of equal parts soy sauce and sugar. I use about a spoonful.
