HEY GUYS! WELCOME TO OUR KITCHEN! • In this video we will be teaching you how to make an EASY Coquito Recipe | Puerto Rican Eggnog using our simple easy recipe! The EASY Coquito Recipe | Puerto Rican Eggnog is a great drink that a lot of families love to make just in time for the holiday season! Be sure to prepare for this drink to go FAST! • We hope you guys enjoy the EASY Coquito Recipe | Puerto Rican Eggnog Recipe! • #coquito #drink #recipe • Follow us on Instagram: / ourkitchen_ae • INGREDIENTS • 1 Coconut Milk Can • 1 Cream of Coconut Can • 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk • 1 Can of Evaporated Milk • Ground Cinnamon (To Taste) • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract • White Rum (We used Bacardi Superior) • STEPS: • 1) In your Blender, first add the Can of Coconut Milk • 2) Next add-in the Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cream of Coconut into the Blender • 3) Add-in the Ground Cinnamon and Vanilla Extract to the blender • 4) We used the Coconut Milk Can to measure out the amount of White Rum that we're pouring into the blender. You can essentially do this part to taste, so if you'd like the Coquito to have a bigger punch, then add more to your liking! • 5) Blend this mixture on high for about 15-30 seconds, or until well combined • 6) Be sure to taste it at this point to see if there's anything else you'd like to add, i.e more ground cinnamon or white rum • 7) Once you get your desired taste, pour the Coquito into an air tight glass bottle/container to store in your refrigerator to chill the Coquito before serving • 8) Leave the Coquito in your refrigerator for about 2-3 hours before serving (The Coquito's taste enhances over time, so if you're planning to serve this in an event, you can make it 1-2 days before) • 9) ENJOY!!! • Thanks for stepping into our kitchen and we hope to see you soon!
