Lutron Maestro Dimmer switches are single pole dimmer switches that can replace your standard light switches in your home. • To Install Lutron Maestro light switches you do the following. • 1. Turn off the power to the existing light switch through the circuit breaker. • 2. Confirm the power is off. You can use a non contact voltage meter: https://amzn.to/3f5HGBk • 3. Remove the cover plate from the light switch. • 4. Remove the screws holding in the existing light switch. • 5. You can no remove the light switch. Take a picture of the existing wiring so you can wire the new light switch. • 5. Remove the wires from the back of the light switch. • 6. Remove the lights switch. • 7. Install the new Lutron Maestro light switch by inserting the wires per the picture you took. • 8. Wrap the Lutron Maestro Dimmer light switch in electrical tape. • 9. Screw the screws in to hold the light switch in place to the junction box • 10. Reinstall the cover plate. • 11. Turn the circuit breaker back on. • 12. Congratulations the light switch is now ready to use.
