Google Earth Studio visualization of the Dixie Fire in Northern California. The fire has grown from 7,947 acres the morning of July 16 to 30,074 acres the morning of July 19. Evacaution orders were issued Sunday afternoon in Butte and Plumas Counties and the Incident Team reported the fire was very active overnight. • Visualization was created by a CEDR volunteer and is based on the official NIFC perimeter published the morning of July 16, 2021.
