VICTORIA - Included in evidence released today in the trail of Kruse Wellwood and Cameron Moffat, convicted of killing Kimberly Proctor, is the detailed plan the two teens put together to the 18 year old girl. • • Text messages lay out a gruesome and chilling plan of rape, murder and mutilation, fulfilling deprived fantasies. • • That plan came drew close just after one a.m. on March 18 2010 • • The teens are chatting online. Part of the conversation reads: • • CAMERON MOFFAT: I guess we plan for it but we will keep are eyes open. • • KRUSE WELLWOOD: lol this is so funny. Jam a funnel in her ... and fill it with water ... when you're done pour drain-o in her. I am going to rip her nose ring out and burn it. BURN HER FLESH. • • MOFFAT I want to get it done I don't want to wait. • • WELLWOOD: I'm not killing her right away. • • MOFFAT: y not keep her bound and alive • • WELLWOOD: That's what I'm going to do, but I need to get her stoned first and possibly seduce her. • • MOFFAT: lol try quickly • • WELLWOOD: I'll say I think I'm going to make some KD when I'm going to attack her. • • MOFFAT: i wonder if she had money and stuff. im going to take stuff. dam. well ill take whatever she has • • Wellwood and Moffat go on to plan how they will lure Kimberly Proctor to Wellwood's house. • • A few hours later Wellwood is laying the trap. In an online chat with Proctor he says, What to meet up at .... the Langford exchange? Proctor agrees. • • Later that same day the two teens kill the girl. • • In the following days Kimberly Proctor's murder was covered by news outlets across the country. • • Three days after the killing, the killers chat again online. • • Referring to a newspaper article the two read together online Cameron Moffat sends Wellwood a message. • • MOFFAT: (Name removed due to publication ban) sent me that. Pretty sick. • • WELLWOOD: Already saw this all on the news • • MOFFAT: my dad said if they ask me questions at school not to answer them and ask for a parent. • • About a week after the murder Wellwood sends a text message to a friend telling the friend he killed Kimberly Proctor. He also sends the friend links to news articles about the killing. • • The message in includes details of the crime and that he and Moffat raped the 18 year old girl. • • Wellwood tells the friend he strangled Kimberly and he used a knife to cut and mutilate her body. • • During the trial the court heard the two killers were likely to strike again.
