How to Make Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients: (Makes 11) • Boneless chicken – ½ kg • Pepper powder - ½ tsp • Ginger – 1 small piece (Crushed) • Salt • For masala: • Potato – 3 (Boiled and crumbled) • Onion – 1 big (Finely chopped) • Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed) • Green chilly (Finely chopped) • Curry leaves • Garam masala - 1½ tbsp • Breadcrumbs (Recipe - http://y2u.be/X7UTKb3fcpc) • Egg (Beaten) • Oil • Steps: • Cook chicken along with pepper powder, ginger and salt adding little water. • Don't add too much water. • Cover and cook till chicken is cooked and the excess water is gone. • Switch off. Once cool, grind it without adding water. • Dry roast the chicken in a pan on medium flame till lightly crispy. • Remove and set aside. • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves. • When the onion becomes soft, switch off and add this to roasted chicken. • Add potato, garam masala and salt.
