The month commemorates the first recorded arrival of Filipinos in the United States, which took place on October 18, 1587, when the Spanish galleon Nuestra Señora de Esperanza landed in what is now Morro Bay, California. • Personal note: Its actually really nice to see a World known Japanese brand from Osaka bring in Filipino flavors in their rotation.
