Method: • 1. Take 2 Tomatoes, Carrot, 100gm Pumpkin, Coriander, 1 Potato, 1Beetroot, 1 Onion, 50gm Curd, 50gm Lauki(bottle gourd) and chop them with Knife. • 2. Place the Cooker on Gas with 2 TBSP Oil, Butter, Hing, 1 TBSP Cumin Seeds with chopped Onions and Chilli's. Let it heat until Golden Brown. • 3. Add 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste, Chopped Tomatoes and Mix it well. • 4. Add 1 TBSP Red Chilli, 1/2 TBSP Turmeric Powder, 1.5 TBSP Dhaniya Powder, 2 TBSP Pavbhaji Masala and mix them well with some water. • 5. Start Adding all the Veggies one by one. Add Some Matar(Peas) also. • 6. Add some water and Mix all the Veggies well with 2 TBSP Salt and Kasturi Methi. • 7. Close Lid of Cooker until 7 whistles. • 8. After 7 Whistles, Mash the Bhaji well to form Thick Gravy. Bhaji is Ready. • 9. Take a Pan and Spread Butter. Add Pav Bhaji Masala and Coriander Leaves also and Mix Well. • 10. Take PAV and Spread it on Pan for Heating. Turn it Upside down for heating Pav Upside Down. • PAV BHAJI is Ready now. Serve it Well π. • #pavbhaji #recipe #streetfood
