Earlier this year Trek sent RIDE Media a bike to review. It was put together in the workshop (links below) and then... well, I've been riding other bikes (and have other excuse). Anyway, finally I'm riding the #GravelBike – but don't let that title define a genre for what I think is an absolutely fantastic all-round bike. • Before my first 'proper' adventure on the Checkpoint ALR5 – ie. with camera and intentions of documenting my thoughts – I sat down in front of the camera to explain the long pause from build to riding...
