Udon Soup Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Having a bowl of hot and steaming udon soup for lunch is not difficult. Layer all the ingredients in the itaki and let it do the cooking for you. Marinate the chicken in advance for a better flavor. Better than Bouillon (I used chicken) is used to create the soup base so you just need to add water. Feel free to substitute the chikuwa fish cake with any other type of Japanese fish cake. Crab sticks will work too.
