The nicest park in town this RV resort does a good job with their location using manicured native plants, varied colored rocks and a smart design to create a comfortable and inviting RV park. The furthest south of the Carlsbad RV parks (offering short term stays) this location is the most convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. • Large easy to access pull thrus, quiet backin sites along the perimeter, tent areas and cabins provide a range of camping options. An indoor pool and crazy huge playground/ swing-set provide things to do. A good mix of shade trees. • Reasonable rates run around $40 for nightly with discounts for longer term stays. The park does have a very strange policy of not allowing walk ups… advanced reservations only.
