An overview of our guided coaching program that delivers daily motivation recipes to help you reach your nutrition goals. • This tutorial is part of our MyFitnessPal 101 series. For additional step-by-step walkthroughs of our app features, check out our MyFitnessPal 101 playlist. • TYPES OF PLANS • To get started, tap “Plans” from the app’s main menu. Here you’ll see a list of all our Plans, including Meal Plan options like Low Carb, Reaching Your Calorie Goal, and Supporting Your Immune System (among others!). Each 2-to-4 week plan was developed and approved by our registered dietitian. • DAILY TASKS • Each day during your plan, you’ll receive 3 to 4 daily tasks. At first these may be as simple as reading tips and setting goals. Then you’ll begin building grocery lists and preparing meals. Day by day, you’ll learn to shop, plan, and cook for your specific nutrition goals—until you have the knowledge and confidence to do it on your own! • MEAL PLANNER • Stay on track throughout your Plan with the MyFitnessPal Meal Planner tool. You’ll get week-by-week recipes customized to your calorie target and overall Plan goal (low carb or high protein, for example).
