For those who are loving my Tai Chi 5 minutes a day videos and want more I have created a library. • Practicing Tai Chi on a daily basis can help you build strength and improve your health. But there are people who don’t want to take the time to learn a Tai Chi form due to all their other daily obligations but they enjoy the follow along format that the flow videos have to offer. • If this is what you love and you aren’t looking to go deeper into the fundamentals of Tai Chi I have put together for you a Library of Videos for you to follow. • As I have already stated, even if you only practice 5 minutes a day but you practice every day you will make great changes to your health and wellbeing, especially if you are very sedentary. • Of course, you can also practice longer, sometimes once you are into the flow it is easy to continue. That is why I have also created videos that are longer than 5 minutes.
