Take a look at the seat you will get. It's similar to a domestic USA first class seat with a few enhancements. We tried it on a 777 between London Heathrow and San Francisco. The feel of the seats is definitely a premium over ordinary coach -- especially in the long international flights where you will begin to see these seats in 2019. The leg rests do make a difference in comfort. But, the seat width is still less than great IMO. Whether it's worth paying a premium (several hundred dollars, perhaps) for these seats will be a very personal decision. We liked them, but do think that we would be hard pressed to spend a lot of extra money for Premium Plus -- especially if there were only center seats available at booking. For couples, the A/B and K/L (I think) seats seem like an excellent choice. The bulkhead, however, looks a mixed bag. If you have questions, please post them! Thanks.
