This crash is from Elgin, IL on June 6, 2021 around 8:00 a.m. at 995 N Mclean Blvd. GRAPHIC WARNING Elgin Police were called to a crash involving excessive speed. When officers arrived on the scene they discovered a four door sedan had slammed into a LARGE railroad light standard and a utility pole. The driver of the car was partially ejected thru the windshield and onto the hood of the car. The impact was so hard the engine was ripped from vehicle and thrown onto the street. Crash reconstruction team responded for the investigation.
