As soon as you bounce the ball, two impact activated LED lights illuminate the entire basketball a magnificent red glow. This looks so cool at night, and is an absolute blast to play with. It looks, feels, and plays just like a real basketball. Shooting some hoops in the driveway after dark never has been funner. So many people have no idea this product exists, be the 1st to show your friends how awesome this product is. • If I was to rate this product from 1-10 • It would be a 10. If you love basketball like I do, than you will love this awesome GlowCity Basketball. It's fun and really bright. • • Official Size and Weight Number 7 Basketball: • This is a well-made perfectly balanced basketball there is absolutely no wobble if you were to throw it up spinning in the air. The lights are secured inside the ball in their own little compartments on either side of the ball. To activate the lights all you have to do is play with it and the lights will turn on. A simple bounce on the ground should do the trick. • Once you are done playing with it the lights will shut off after around 40 seconds of non-Use. The Batteries are replaceable but shouldn't need to be changed for a several hours of use. • Instructions are provided with steps on changing the batteries so you can continue to use this excellent product. • I used red rope lights for my Chicago Bulls Hoop, because for the teams colors. You can use any color you choose. I used 2 sets of 18ft rope lights and connected them together. I used Scotch Heavy Duty Tape to tape the lights to the backboard. I used ties for the rim. • I got my red rope lights at Christmas time at Walmart.
