The ido portal method is a concept on movement generalisation. This basically means including things like weight lifting, gymnastic rings, tumbling, tricking, mobility work and many other things. • This video discusses how to get started in the ido portal method. I am not a qualified ido portal method coach, so i cannot teach his system. However, i am a fully qualified personal trainer and a sport science graduate.
