9th International Conference on Advanced Computing Communication Technologies (ICACCT-2015) sponsored by Institution of Electronics Telecom Engineers (IETE) and Computer Society of India held successfully at Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology, SD India, Panipat (Haryana) on 28th-29th November 2015. ICACCT-2015 aimed to bring together the researchers, scientists, engineers and scholar students in all areas of Engineering Technology, and provided an International forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices. • Shri Vijay Prakash, Executive Director In-charge ,Panipat Refinery Petrochemical Complex braced the occasion as a Chief Guest at this inaugural ceremony. Shri Prakash appreciated the efforts of APIIT SD India for organizing a successful International conference and further stressed that these kind of conferences will meet the objective of bringing the academia and industries together to overcome the period of recession. • The conference lead under the guidance of Prof. Lalit M Patnaik, INSA Senior Scientist and Adjunct Faculty, National Institute of Advanced Studies, IISC Campus and Honorary Professor, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore along with reputed academicians of IIT Chennai, NIIT Mumbai, BITS Pilani Goa Campus, NIT Kurukshetra, Griffith University, Australia, University of Edinburgh, APIIT University Kualalumpur in which more than 300 research papers were presented and 70 best papers were shortlisted by the committee. • Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Choudhary, Director APIIT SD India, expressed his gratitude to all academicians for making this event successful. He told that the editing of the proceedings of the 9th ICACCT Conference is being done by Prof. J.K. Mandal, Kalyani University, Prof. Nitin Auluck, IIT Ropar, and Dr. H. A. Nagarajaram, Center for Computational Biology, Hyderabad and International proceedings are being accepted by Springer Science + Business Media, Singapore, Pvt. Ltd.
