(0:07) SwirlFlo Regulator Replacement • (0:12) - STEP 1: Using 5/16 wrench or flat head screwdriver, remove lower panel screws. • (0:23) - STEP 2: Pull lower panel down and away from frame. • (0:32) - STEP 3: Turn off electrical to unit and shut off water supply. • (0:39) - STEP 4: Ensure all water is out of lines by pressing on front push button a couple of times. • (0:48) - STEP 5: Unscrew and remove water trap from basin drain tube. • (0:55) - STEP 6: Locate the two notches in the back of basin 10 and 2. Using a screwdriver, pry one side up and repeat on the other side until basin has popped off the cooler body. • (1:05) - STEP 7: Using quick connect, unhook bubbler water line from basin. • (1:12) - STEP 8: After unhooking drain and bubbler water line, set basin aside. • (1:21) - STEP 9: Using a 3/32 Allen wrench, unscrew the push button set screw. • (1:31) - STEP 10: Remove push button assembly. • (1:39) - STEP 11: Using a screwdriver, pop regulator holder out from the two side clips. • (1:48) - STEP 12: Using needle-nose pliers, unscrew regulator retaining nut. • (1:58) - STEP 13: Remove old regulator. • (2:06) - STEP 14: Insert new regulator. • (2:15) - STEP 15: Screw regulator retaining nut back onto regulator holder. • (2:25) - STEP 16: Reinsert regulator holder into clips making sure it is secure. • (2:34) - STEP 17: Replace basin. • (2:42) - STEP 18: Using quick connect, replace bubbler water line. • (2:48) - STEP 19: Secure basin back onto water cooler body. You may need to use a rubber mallet to tap the basin back onto body. • (2:57) - STEP 20: Replace drain trap by screwing it back onto basin drain tube. • (3:05) - STEP 21: Restore power and water to the water cooler • (3:10) - STEP 22: With front push button still off, use a screwdriver to pushing in on the regulator screw. Turning screw clockwise will raise water flow; counterclockwise will lower water flow. • (3:20) - STEP 23: Replace push button assembly. • (3:28) - STEP 24: Using 3/32 Allen wrench, replace and secure push button set screw. • (3:38) - STEP 25: Replace lower panel. • (3:46) - STEP 26: Using 5/16 wrench or flat head screwdriver, replace lower panel screws. • (3:57) Regulator is replaced.
