In this video tutorial, I will show you how to shorten URLs using Google URL shortener. • You often see a custom shorten URL when you view posts on social media accounts. • The reason for shortening the URL is to make it easier to view and re-share. Also, Twitter limits the number of characters which can be entered in a tweet so shortening a URL can also give you more space for a more concise message. • Using Google URL shortener will also give you some statistics on how many clicks the URL has received, web clicks came from i.e. Facebook.
