Blue color of BENEDICT’s solution turns from orange and then to brick red in presence of Glucose. • Take 2-3 ml of food solution using a dropper in a test tube. Add about 1 ml of Fehling’s solution A and B into the food sample using a dropper. Heat the solution gently for about 10 seconds.
