2023 Kawasaki Teryx KRX4 1000 Test Review. Based on the rugged, good handling and well suspended two-sear KRX 1000, Kawasaki has added a second model to the KRX lineup for 2023, allowing you bring along more friends or family with the release of the new KRX4 1000. • Buying a four-seat SXS is typically so you can bring more friends, family and often kids along for the ride. That’s twice as many people that have to be recovered if you get hung up on a trail obstacle or worse, break down. The robust build quality of the KRX4 would put it on our short list of four-seat models for this reason alone. • Spacious interior, a capable comfortable ride, and plenty of storage room make the KRX4 a side-by-side well suited for long days on the trail or weekends camping out in the wilderness. What it lacks in explosive power it nearly makes up for with the traction its smooth, tractable power provides. • Given the choice, we’d rather add a little more power to a tough, well-built side-by-side than have to spend the time and money to toughen up a more spindly built machine.
