One of the biggest unintentional compliments I get is Hampton, what do you do for a living? • Well, I don't claim to do it well, but I run Hybrid (which is technically a fitness media company). It's a compliment to me because it means our marketing is relatively unobtrusive and subtle so many people just enjoy our free information. I love that. • However, it's helpful to make a living - especially if you want to pay people who help you. I know some content creators watch me, so I wanted to make this discussion to show our way of doing things. • In this video, I discuss our business model and how/why we haven't done sponsorships. • I'm not against sponsorships or affiliates - especially when others do them. It's just a personal preference. • I also discuss whether or not this may change in the future.
