An evolving dark ambient drone on the Moog Matriarch, which changes, mellows, and finally fades out over the course of ten minutes. The throbbing pulse of the Matriarch is fed through Volante's spring reverb and Mercury 7s huge Cathedra reverb. I had to recreate it for the photograph, but pretty sure it's all there. Here's some of the key points: There a mixture of waveforms being mixed. Oscillator 3 is being pulse witch modulated by LFO 2 with the modulation depth controlled by a sample and hold, which is also fed into the delay. Filter cutoff 1 is being modulated by Oscillator 1. Played a few drone notes and fed everything through the Volante and Mercury 7 with lots of reverb. • RECORDING: • Everything is recorded direct.
