This makes a spicy chai tea. Nothing you'd find at Starbucks. • Recipe from: • http://thehathicooks.blogspot.com/201... • *I used ground spices because I don't own a spice/coffee grinder. The recipe calls for 1 cup + 7 tablespoons of black pepper. I used only 1 cup and it's spicy/hot enough for me. Author suggests to use less pepper if you're not accustomed to spicy hot drinks and gradually add more if necessary!* • Variations: • boil mix, tea, sugar and water. Froth milk and add separately for a chai latte.
