Deepening the condition after each meditation keeps us more and more in connection with the intuitive guidance that arises naturally from the heart. • Activity 2 • Digital detox • Continuous engagement of the mind with digital devices throughout the day makes us move away from the source of intuition within the heart. Practice being away from distractions and the presence of digital devices around you, beginning from a few minutes, to an hour, to longer lengths of time each day and week. • Spend more time in quiet silence, watching and witnessing without judgment, thoughts that may arise inside. Practice settling on the feeling within the heart, without analysis of what comes in the mind. • Activity 3 • Praying for guidance before meditation • If you have any matter for which you are looking for a solution, put it before the inner Master before meditation with a prayerful heart in surrender, “I can’t solve my problem alone, even if I thought a number of different thoughts. I do know that it can be solved by placing it in Your hands.
