There are essentially two phases to public outreach. Phase one scatterers the Gospel seed through the broadcast method. It’s a very powerful time of evangelism. After an open air session, people will hang around and wait to ask questions. This is phase 2 of the outreach. During this time, questions are answered and the Gospel is reinforced.
