I have find memories of my mother making this dish for me I hope you guys enjoy my take on this delicious Spanish style Garbanzo beans and rice!! • 21/4 cups RICE • Using the liquid in the cab of garbanzos and water to make 3 cups of liquid • ONIONS chopped • GARLIC chopped • TOMATO chopped • CULANTRO chopped if you can’t find culantro or don’t like it use CILANTRO • 3 or 4 strips of BACON cut into tiny pieces • 2 cans of VIENNA SAUSAGE also cut in slices • 1/4 cup TOMATO SAUCE • A couple Alcaparrados and a little juice that it comes in just a splash if you can’t find this use CAPERS and/or SPANISH OLIVES • 1/2 tsp. OREGANO • 1 tsp. Garlic powder • 1/8 tsp. CUMIN • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE!!!
