The oil leak coming from the passenger side is a common problem on the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, 8th generation Honda Civic. The oil leaks from the VVT (Variable Valve Solenoid) that is located on the back of the engine on the right side of the cylinder head.
