Koorka curry recipe • All you need • cooked koorka with salt turmeric 2cup • coconut oil 2tbsp • crushed shallots 10 • crushed garlic 6 • crushed pepper 1tsp • crushed redchilly 1tbsp • curry leaves • Method • Heat oil in the pan. Add crushed shallots, garlic and saute till brown. Add cooked koorka and stir fry in low flame for 5 minutes. Add crushed pepper, red chilly and curry leaves.
