Another video showing them in action is here: • 2017 WRX - Yellow LED Lights, Fog Lig... • These are Zdatt 30 watt LED in H8, H9, and H11 fitment and claimed to be 1500 lumens per bulb. • The strobe function is activated by turning the fogs off and back on quickly. It is deactivated by keeping them off for a few seconds and turning them back on. • Flash to pass DOES activate them, which is frustrating.
