Have you ever been to Kerala? • If not, plan a visit! • Come to Trivandrum, come say hi to me! • My hospital is just 6 km away from the airport! • One disclaimer before you come: my place is a small boutique hospital where treatment and food are given importance. It's not a fancy retreat! • If you want to stay at the hospital, you must book in advance. We can only accommodate 4 patients at a time (but we have 19 people to take care of them 🙈😅)! • When I say I believe “food is medicine” I mean it! • To plan, cook serve food for the 4 patients, we have 2 chefs, one kitchen nutritionist one main nutritionist! • My top 3 places to visit in Trivandrum: • 1. Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple - the world’s richest temple, with rich culture heritage. • Also visit Kuthiramalika Palace, right next to it. Also, do some street shopping - don’t forget to buy Kerala kasavu saree jackfruit chips from Fort Chips - all in the same area! • 2. The second place is Varkala - I loooove Varkala! The views, the calmness, the food, the vibe.. everything! It is in fact, an “underrated Goa”! Enjoy the clean, peaceful calm blue waters from the cliff have lovely food from the shacks! You can have breakfast at Cafe Sarwa lunch from Inda at Varkala! • 3. On the way back to the airport, stop for dinner at Villa Maya for authentic Kerala food! • Welcome to God’s Own Country!
