GIANT Snapper CATCH Clean amp COOK Florida Keys Fishing

We go snapper fishing out of Tavernier Creek in the Florida Keys and catch some giants! We fished with Captain Ryan of Good Karma Sportfishing and he put us on big mangrove snapper, yellowtail, and mutton snapper as well as, almaco jacks, grouper, and lots of sharks! I show you how to fillet a mangrove snapper and leave it on the half shell (which means leave the skin and scales on).
