About a couple years ago I caught this siren on streetview and I couldn't believe my eyes. The lean on this 2001 was so comically bad, I had to see this for myself. As you can see, it's still leaning and still working. Towards the end, you can really see how bad the lean is compared to the water tower in the background. I'm just curious if the next big wind storm will knock this down. • You can find this lone 2001 near the Greenville water tower at the end of Clark Street. Sirens in Floyd County are tested on the first Saturday of the month at Noon. Tests are usually about a minute, but can last the full, three minute signal if you're lucky. • Enjoy, and as always comment, like, and subscribe for more.
