This is a 10 year old shelter building that started construction around 2009 and was opened in Early 2010. As of now thanks to COVID-19, the main men's and women's restrooms in this building is locked, though when opened, I may film the womens for the hell of it since these restrooms are rarely used. The men's can be found here: • 2010 Park Building Restroom with 2009... • They were at least grateful to leave this restroom unlocked which I had yet to film. But it just has a Advanced Tabco Metal Sink and a NOS 2008/2009 Crane Hymont toilet on FV. This toilet is okay... I guess. I generally like the siphonic swirly flushes on these, but this one has lower pressure and therefore flushes like it's on a tank. And as we learn, most siphonic 1.6 FV toilets preform bad, like REALLY bad. This one is somewhat exceptional as it took 25 ft and 40 ft as well, but barely. They could have designed the trapways better though... • Toilet Rating: 7/10 • Grade Rating: B-
