Untuk adonan, siapkan mangkuk campurkan santan, air panas, garam, BOLA Deli Tepung Beras, dan gula, aduk rata • 2. Masukkan ragi, aduk rata kemudian tutup dengan plastic wrap, diamkan selama 40-60 menit • 3. Hancurkan tempe lalu goreng hingga kekuningan, tiriskan • 4. Blender bawang merah, bawang putih, kencur, cabai keriting, cabai rawit, dan minyak hingga halus • 5. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi lalu masukkan tempe, aduk rata • 6. Masukkan air, garam, gula, dan penyedap, aduk kemudian tambahkan kemangi, aduk rata • 7. Panaskan cetakan di api kecil sedang, masukkan adonan serabi, tutup sebentar hingga setengah matang lalu tambahkan topping dan potongan cabai rawit, masak hingga matang • 8. For the batter, combine the coconut milk, hot water, salt, BOLA Deli Rice Flour, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. • 2. Add the yeast in. Mix well, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Rest for 40-60 minutes. • 3. Pinch the tempeh into chunks and fry until golden. Set aside. • 4. Blend the shallots, garlic, aromatic ginger, curly chili, bird’s eye chili, and oil until smooth. • 5. Sautè the blended spices until fragrant. Add the tempeh in and mix well. • 6. Add water, salt, sugar, and flavor enhancer. Stir, then add the lemon basil in. • 7. Heat the mold pan on medium-low heat. Pour the Serabi batter in. Cover the pan until they’re half-cooked, then add the topping and sliced bird’s eye chili. Continue cooking. • 8.
