Correction: Romans 7:14 says that the law is spiritual, we are carnal. • Having given ten percent of my income to various churches for well over thirty five years I actually thought that I was giving my money to God. Little did I know that I was practicing an Old Testament law that had nothing to do with me. • Note: Even though Act 15:1-29 seems to be a contradiction, it is not. Acts 15:28 -29 clearly says For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well.
