Coquito, also known as Puerto Rican eggnog is a family tradition in our house. I have a super old school coquito recipe that starts with a coconut if you want to check that out down below. This is an easier version of coquito which uses canned coconut milk and cream. Also, in this video, I'm collaborating with one of my favorite channels - Spain of a Fork. Make sure to click the link below to check out Albert's channel. I know you'll find lots of recipes that you love there :) • Spain on a Fork -    / @spainonafork   • Super traditional, old school Coquito from a coconut -    • How to Make Coquito - Tropical Eggnog...   • Ingredients for Coquito (with eggs) • 2 cans coconut milk • 1 cinnamon stick • 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt • 1 can coconut cream • 1 can evaporated milk • 1 can sweetened condensed milk • 1 can cream of coconut • 4 egg yolks • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup white Puerto Rican Rum • garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon • For Coquito without eggs, leave out the sweetened condensed milk, use only one can of coconut milk and add one can of coconut cream • • • Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector 14
