Just after the robot ride armor platform and before the room with the falling spiked balls will be a large hole. Drop down the left of the hole and slide down the wall until you find the secret room. To actually see the capsule you will need to have full health and you must not have gotten any of the four energy chips. This capsule will give X all of the energy chips and it will turn his armor to a gold color. X will now have all of the chip's upgrades in one, which will make the game much easier. Just remember to not get any of the upgrade chips in the other levels if you want to find this.
