Epcot Space 220 restaurant

We finally got to visit Epcot's Space 220 restaurant behind Mission Space. Its a new restaurant that opened in early 2022 and it simulates riding a vehicle on a track to a space station 220 miles above the earth. All in all it was a cool experience but unfortunately not an experience I would be willing to wait an hour or more for. Early in this restaurants opening the stand by wait time was incredibly long if you were able to get a reservation at all. The food is okay but I found it to be the biggest let down. Several of the Epcot and Disney restaurants use a preprepared food that is noticeably substandard.I wish I could have better things to say about the food here and in other Disney restaurants but the quality just is not there.
