This Cajun Seasoning is great for grilling! Sprinkle it on fish, chicken, steak, shrimp, or even French fries or baked potatoes. It's yummy on so many things :) Plus, when you make it yourself, you can adjust the seasonings to make it suit your personal taste. As a side note, I have been using half smoked and half not smoked for the paprika and I really love it.
